Reborn Wool is sustainably & responsibly produced: Our yarn is crafted in a family-run business in India, where textile surplus is recycled on-site. The raw fibers do not travel halfway around the world but are locally sorted, shredded, and respun. It is made exclusively from post-consumer textiles, preserving valuable resources.

Reborn Wool consists of 65–75% recycled wool, blended with recycled polyester (rPET) from PET bottles. The rPET enhances stability and ensures a uniform yarn texture. The colors are created solely by sorting the recycled garments—without bleaching or dyeing. This process means that dyelot variations can be more pronounced than with conventionally dyed yarns.
